Recipe Ingredients for banana muffins w flax

2 small bananas
1 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/6 cup canola oil
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
3 tablespoons skim milk
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for banana muffins w flax

  1. Mash bananas, add all wet ingredients, stir.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, add a little at a time to wet mix, stirring until thoroughly combined.

  3. Bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
