1.75 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.333 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Original
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 cup Organic Fat Free Milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Muffin

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease twelve 2.5 inch muffin cups. Set aside. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In another bowl combine egg, milk, and oil. Add egg mixture all at once to the flour mixture. Stir 3/4 cup mashed banana in flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
