1 cup bread flour
2 oz applesauce
1/3 cup walnuts
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup sugar

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine. Bake at 350 for one hour or bake muffins at 400 for 20 minutes.
