Recipe Ingredients for Banana Milkshake (Vanilla)

1 medium banana, frozen, peeled
6 oz skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana Milkshake (Vanilla)

  1. Break frozen banana into quarters and place in blender.

  2. Pulse blender to chop banana.

  3. Add milk, vanilla, and cinimon.

  4. Blend until smooth. (Note: overblending will make it runny)
