6 fl oz Milk
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Syrups, Maple

Recipe Directions for Banana Milkshake

  1. Freeze banana for 1-2 hours.

  2. Blend Banana, Milk and Ice.

  3. Add maple syrup and cinnamon.

  4. Blend once more.
