Although the grade is a B+, there are many things that the website did not analyze. For example, although all the ingredients are fat free (skim milk, fat free ice cream), or at least low in fat, the website was not able to analyze that. Also, it might be high in sugar, but the majority of it comes from natural sources such as the milk (lactose). Also the milkshake is high in calcium from the milk and the ice cream and has potassium from the banana. Basically, the milkshake is a healthy drink even though it received a B+. It is high in vitamins and has natural sugar and has very low fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Milk Shake

1/2 cups milk, fat free
1/2 cups vanilla ice cream, fat free
1/2 banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Milk Shake

  1. Put the banana, milk, and ice cream all into a blender. You can cut the banana up if you want to to make it easier to blend.

  2. Blend it together until liquidy.

  3. It is ready to drink now. Enjoy! (note: you can let the drink sit for about an hour to make it more liquidy)
