Recipe Ingredients for Banana mango smoothie

1 medium banana Bananas
0.5 cup Mango Chunks
113 1/2 grams Strawberry Yogurt
0.5 cup Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Banana mango smoothie

Take one banana, cut into pieces, and put into the blender. Add about 1/2 cup frozen mango pieces, applesauce (unsweetened), and yogurt (I use strawberry). Add some liquid juice or milk, and blend. Enjoy!
