1/4 cup Baby Carrots
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(118 g) Bananas
1 leaf, medium(23 g) Cabbage
1/2 cup Mangos
1/2 cup(240 g) Soymilk Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Banana Mango Smoothie

  1. Remember to peel the mango unless you like skin chunks in your smoothie. I like to eat the skin separate.

  2. Throw everything in the mixer and mix until smooth.
