Adapted from prevention magazine. replace sugar with agave.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Loaf

1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
2 servings agave
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
6 T canola oil
1/4 cup 1% milk
3/4 t vanilla extract
1/2 c walnuts
1/4 c raisins
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Banana Loaf

  1. Preheat oven 350. spray coat 9x5x3 loaf pan.

  2. Combine all ingr.

  3. bake 50 min.
