Recipe Ingredients for banana loaf

1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium banana
1/4 c butter
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/4 c chopped walnuts
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for banana loaf

  1. mix all ingredients but chocolate chips and walnuts until blended.

  2. stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

  3. bake @ 350 for 40-50 minutes.
