A quick and light smoothy. Traditional mexican drink that my father used to make for dessert. Perfect for hot summer afternoons, or just to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Liquado

1 banana
1 cup nonfat milk
1 cup ice
1 dash of nutmeg (optional)

Recipe Directions for Banana Liquado

  1. Break up the banana into a 4 or 5 sections. Throw them into the blender.

  2. Add the milk, add the ice, and blend to the desired consistency.

  3. Serve in a cup with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
