Recipe Ingredients for Banana Lentil Bread

5 bananas
1/2 cup lentils
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 c quick oats
1 1/4 c graham flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana Lentil Bread

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F.

  2. Mash the bananas.

  3. Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to boil, add lentils, cover and reduce to simmer for ten minutes.

  4. Add the unstrained lentils to banana mix.

  5. Add oatmeal mix.

  6. Add the other 3 ingredients mixing well.

  7. Pour into greased pan.

  8. Bake for 1 hour or until a nice dark brown color is over the top.
