Low fat banana pancakes layered up with sliced banana.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Layer Pancakes.

60 g self raising flour
1 medium banana (half mashed & half sliced)
1 egg whites
20 ml skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Layer Pancakes.

  1. Mix flour, mashed banana & egg whites in a blender.

  2. Gradually add enough of the milk untill you have a thick batter.

  3. Cook in a pan with little or no oil

  4. Layer up with sliced banana.

  5. Enjoy!
