Recipe Ingredients for Banana-kiwi Salad

0.25 fl oz Lime Juice
1 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
0.5 tbsp chopped Shallots
0.25 oz Rice Vinegar
0.25 serving Cayenne Pepper
1 medium kiwifruit Kiwis
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
15 grams Mint
1 oz Cashew Nuts

Recipe Directions for Banana-kiwi Salad

  1. Toast the cashews in a small dry skillet over medium low heat stirring constantly until fragrant and lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes

  2. Whisk lime juice, oil, vinegar, honey, salt and cayenne in a medium bowl.

  3. Add kiwis, bananas, bell pepper and mint; toss to coat.

  4. Sprinkle with cashews

  5. Enjoy!
