Recipe Ingredients for Banana Ice Cream

300 mL All Natural Plain Yogurt (Jersey Farms)
3 oz 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Ice Cream

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.

  2. Pour into a container and place in freezer overnight or for 8 hours.

  3. To serve, place in room temperature for a few minutes or until slightly thawed for easier scooping.

  4. Enjoy with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, blueberries, any topping of your choice or just plain and tasty!
