Recipe Ingredients for banana ice cream

6 small bananas
1/3 cup soymilk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for banana ice cream

  1. freeze bananas completely

  2. take out of freezer and let thaw slightly, then mash them until combined evenly

  3. add soymilk and whisk together

  4. freeze for about 30 min

  5. add cream, vanilla, and corn syrup

  6. beat together (electric mixer works well)

  7. freeze for 1 hr

  8. beat again

  9. freeze about 30 min

  10. beat and freeze method until stiff, ice-cream-like texture

  11. freeze until ready to serve

  12. Enjoy!
