1/2 cup milk, 1%
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 cup quinoa, cooked
3 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
4 bananas
3/4 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tablespoon baking soda

  1. beat sugar and eggs together.

  2. Add bananas and oil and vanilla extract

  3. combine vinegar and milk let sit 5 minutes

  4. combine flour, cornmeal and baking soda

  5. add to liquid.

  6. add milk, quinoa, and pumpkin seeds

  7. bake 30-45 minutes in 9x12 sprayed pan
