Recipe Ingredients for Banana ginger muffin

1/3 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
1 cup mashed bananas
1 1/4 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana ginger muffin

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour muffin pans.

  2. Sift dry ingredients together and place in large bowl. Add other ingredients and mix quickly.

  3. Pour into prepared muffin pans. Bake 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
