Recipe Ingredients for Banana French Toast

4 medium banana Bananas
8 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
4 fl oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 large Egg, White
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Banana French Toast

  1. Preheat oven to 180? and lightly grease an ovenproof frying pan with vegetable oil and eat on a medium job.

  2. Spread the mashed banana on the top of four slices of bread and put the four remaining slices on top. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.

  3. Dip the bread in the egg mixture for 45 seconds and then place in the frying pan.

  4. Cook the bread for 2 minutes on each side and then bake in the oven until golden.
