Recipe Ingredients for Banana French Toast

1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. honey
2 small ripe bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana French Toast

  1. toast the bread until crispy

  2. mix 2 ripe bananas with soymilk and cinnamon in blender until smooth, then empty into bowl

  3. dip both sides of the toast into the mixture in the bowl

  4. place the french toast in the skillet in med. temp for about 20 seconds each side, or until desired crispyness is achieved

  5. garnish with honey and bananas with cinnamon
