Recipe Ingredients for Banana Flax Seed Muffins

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
6 tbsp Butter
6 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Flax Seed Muffins

  1. Combine 3 bananas with 1 cup sugar and mash into a paste.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, vanilla, flax seed and 2 eggs.

  3. In a large bowl, combine AP flour, whole wheat flour baking soda and salt.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredient bowl and stir just until combined.

  5. Portion into muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
