1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1 medium Egg, Whole
0.67 cup Fat Free Frozen Yogurt Homemade Vanilla
2 serving New Zealand Whey Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for Banana & Flax Protein Shake

  1. Combine all in a blender, blend on medium setting 20 seconds & serve
