Recipe Ingredients for Banana and Flax Pancakes

120 grams Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
252 grams Bananas
1 cup(240 g) Light Soymilk Vanilla
18 grams Sugars, Brown
2 Teaspoon(2 g) Baking Powder
2 grams Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp(14 g) Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Banana and Flax Pancakes

  1. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon

  2. Stir in egg, milk, oil, bananas and flaxseed; until well combined (batter will be slightly lumpy)

  3. Heat lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot
