Recipe Ingredients for Banana flax/chia Muffins

2 tbsp Chia Seed
2 tbsp Psyllium Husks
4 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
1 large Egg, Whole
1 1/4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched
1 1/3 cup Original Cereal
1 tsp Baking Soda
4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana flax/chia Muffins

  1. In a bowl mix egg, sugar, bananas, AllBran, oil, vanilla and milk. In another bowl mix flour, chia seeds, ground flax, soda, salt, and baking powder.

  2. Combine wet and dry ingredients together. Mix only until blended. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.

  3. Bake 20-25 minutes in 375 degree oven. Convection oven 350 degree F. for 18 - 20 minutes.
