Recipe Ingredients for Banana egg custard

5 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 bananas
1/4 c splenda
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Banana egg custard

  1. mix all ingredients in a blender.

  2. pour mixture into a dish.

  3. sprinkle with cinnamon

  4. bake in a water bath at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean
