1/2 cup flax seed, crushed
3 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup vegetable oil or applesauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup flax
1/2 cup dates, chopped

  1. Preheat oven 350

  2. Grease 8x4 loaf pan

  3. In large bowl mix banana, oil, sugar, and eggs.

  4. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients.

  5. Stir to combine
