Recipe Ingredients for Banana Cupcakes - fars style

1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 large)
5 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Cupcakes - fars style

  1. Line muffin pan with paper liners and preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, oil and eggs until smooth.

  4. Add banana and vanilla & milk, beating well.

  5. Add flour mixture, beating until smooth.

  6. Scoop batter into prepared pan.

  7. Bake in preheated oven for 24-28 minutes or until tops of cupcakes spring back when lightly touched.

  8. Let cool in pan on rack for 10 mins.

  9. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.

  10. Yield: 12 cupcakes
