Recipe Ingredients for Banana cuca

5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 medium Egg, Whole
1/2 cup Whole Milk
3 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Soft)

Recipe Directions for Banana cuca

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder. This is the "dry mix".

  2. Melt the margerine and add egg, mix well. This is the "wet mix".

  3. Cut the bananas horizontally (layers).

  4. Grease and flour and english cake pan. Add a layer of the dry mix, add a layer of bananas, "dry mix", banana, "dry mix", etc... Finish with "dry mix".

  5. Now add the "wet mix". Don't mix anything. Take to the oven. Medium temperature until it gets a golden color.
