Recipe Ingredients for Banana crumble.

4 medium ripe bananas, sliced into round discs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup non dairy butter, melted
35 g unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground

Recipe Directions for Banana crumble.

  1. oven 350F

  2. 9 inch round or square baking tin

  3. bananas and gran sugar mixed and placed in bottom of pan.

  4. all remaining ingredients except nutmeg mixed in a medium bowl until just combined. sprinkle, covering entire banana mixture. add nutmeg on top then bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Warning. Tastes better when cooled entirely.

  6. Yield 8 servings (at least)
