Recipe Ingredients for Banana Crumb Muffins

1.5 cup Flour, All Purpose
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
3 medium banana Bananas
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, Whole
0.75 stick Margarine, Regular, Hard
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 oz Flour
0.13 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Margarine Spread

Recipe Directions for Banana Crumb Muffins

Mix 1.5 cups flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside. Mix mashed bananas, white sugar, egg, 1/3 cup margarine. Add to flour mixture, until moist. Spoon into muffin cups. Mix 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, cinnamon. Add 1 tbsp margarine to make crumble. Sprinkle on top of muffins. Bake 20 minutes at 400 F.
