Recipe Ingredients for Banana crisp

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter
4 medium bananas, sliced to 3 cups
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. granulated sugar

Recipe Directions for Banana crisp

  1. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon; mix in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.

  2. Arrange banana slices in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine orange and lemon juices; pour over bananas. Sprinkle with the granulated sugar. Top with flour mixture.

  3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
