3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
12 tsp Brown Sugar Blend
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
3/4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1/2 cup Organics Applesauce
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup cranberries
1 T Original Raw Chia Seeds
2 T Flax seed
1 serving Biochem 100% Whey Protein-Natural Flavor
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple extract
2 T Agave Nectar
1/4 cup Quinoa Flakes

Recipe Directions for Banana Cranberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg lightly.

  3. Stir in milk, applesaucee, vanilla.

  4. Add mashed bananas, cranberries and mix.

  5. Stir in flour until just combined.

  6. Line a muffin tin (12) with paper liners and fill equally.

  7. Optional: sprinkle with crushed walnuts, sunflower seeds

  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
