Altered Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies. No Egg.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Cookies

1 1/2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 4/5 tsp Baking Powder
3/10 tsp Baking Soda
0.67 cup Sugars, Granulated
8 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light Soft
2 4/5 oz Original Apple Sauce
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Banana Cookies

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa in bowl.

  2. Mix sugar, butter, apple sauce, mashed banana, vanilla in another bowl.

  3. Pour the flour mix slowly into sugar mix, stirring as you go, until combined.

  4. Cook 400 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

  5. Batch calories = 15 servings.
