2 bananas
16 oz fat-free, plain yogurt
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
1 cup coffee
1 cup wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Banana Coffee Cake Smoothie

  1. Blend bananas, yogurt, molasses and coffee in blender until smooth.

  2. Mix in 1/4 cup wheat germ per serving when ready to drink. Otherwise, the wheat germ will get soggy.
