Recipe Ingredients for Banana Coconut Smoothie

1.5 cup Soymilk Vanilla
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2.2 oz Coconut Milk
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
0.25 oz SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Banana Coconut Smoothie

  1. Peel banana and cut into 1 inch chunks. Place in freezer bag and freeze for 5-6 hours.

  2. Place all ingredients plus 2-3 ice cubes in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and frothy - about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
