1 organic banana
1/2 cup soft tofu
1/2 cup organic plain soy milk
2 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Banana-Cocoa Soy Smoothie

  1. *Cut a Banana into pieces and freeze ahead of time*

  2. Blend tofu, soymilk, cocoa and honey in a blender. Add the frozen banana pieces a bit at a time and blend.

  3. Serve in a tall glass
