Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Cocoa Smoothie

2 banana
1 cup fat free yogurt
1 cup 1% milk
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoon honey

Recipe Directions for Banana-Cocoa Smoothie

  1. Slice banana and freeze until firm.

  2. Blend yogurt, milk, cocoa and honey in a blender until smooth.

  3. With the motor running, add the banana slices through the hole in the lid and continue to puree until smooth.
