Recipe Ingredients for Banana-cocoa Muffins

3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup water
7 bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for Banana-cocoa Muffins

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa in large bowl.

  2. In separate bowl, mix eggs, water and bananas, then add to dry ingredients.

  3. Mix just until moistened and fill paper-lined muffin cups 1/2 full.

  4. Bake at 400F for 20mins.
