Pretty tasty smoothie! Very filling, very nutricious! Substitute unsweetened cocoa powder for the whey protein if you don't have it and adjust to taste. The light soy milk cuts the calories slightly, without cutting taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Coco Soy Smoothie

1 banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup light soy milk
1/2 cup tofu, silken
1 tablespoon honey
15 grams whey protein

Recipe Directions for Banana-Coco Soy Smoothie

  1. Slice banana and freeze overnight.

  2. Combine soy milk, tofu, honey and protein (or cocoa) in blender and blend until smoothe.

  3. With blender running, drop in banana and blend until lumps are gone.

  4. If you have a smoothie maker, you can just combine all ingredients and blend until smoothe.
