Recipe Ingredients for Banana Cinnamon Muffins

1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.75 cup, mashed Bananas
2 large Egg, White
0.75 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
24 tsp Sweetener
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Banana Cinnamon Muffins

  1. Mix oatmeal and milk in medium bowl and soak for an hour, while all ingredients reach room temperature.

  2. Preheat oven. Add mashed bananas and slightly beaten egg whites to oatmeal.

  3. Mix dry ingredients and add to oatmeal mixture. Mix until just incorporated.

  4. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes
