Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Cinnamon French Toast

1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 large Egg, Whole
2 slice(34 g) 100% Whole Wheat Bread
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
30 grams Milk

Recipe Directions for Banana-Cinnamon French Toast

Mash the banana in a bowl till it is almost liquidy. Add 1tsp of lemon/lime juice to the banana. Crack an egg and begin to mix together. Add a tsp of cinnamon to the mix and gradually add about 30ml of milk while mixing it all together. Dip each slice of toast into the mix and leave it for a few seconds to soak up. Put it in a non-stick pan (with 1tsp of oil, spread over the pan). Turn the toast over after 2 minutes, if it has turned a gold-brown color, turn to the other side and do the same.
