Great post-workout meal or supplement! Very tasty, and packed with fiber, protein, and lots of other nutrients.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Fiber Shake

1/2 medium banana, sliced
1 tbsp Simply Jif Peanut butter
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
4 oz 1% lowfat milk
4 oz plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup fiber one original
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
2 packets Splenda
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Fiber Shake

  1. Slice Banana into coins.

  2. Add all ingredients into blender.

  3. Blend on high until well blended. Add ice-cubes (optional) for a frothier blend.

  4. Pour into a nice glass.

  5. Drink up!
