Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Muffins

1/4 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 c quick oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c Vanilla
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup Agave Nectar
1/2 T lemon juice
1 packet Stevia
1/2 c mashed banana
1/2 cup pure pumpkin
3 oz Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Muffins

  1. Mix all wet ingredients

  2. Mix all dry ingredients but chips

  3. Combine - just stir

  4. Add chips

  5. Scoop about 1/4 cup into 7 pamed muffin tins

  6. Cook 20 minutes
