Delicious Banana muffins with chocolate or butterscotch chocolate chips. Tastyyyy.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Muffins

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 2/3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cups bananas
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Muffins

  1. Oven to 400F.

  2. Measure in oil and eggs into large bowl. Beat until combined.

  3. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda into a large bowl with liquid ingredients and mashed bananas. Mix until thick but slightly creamy.

  4. Mix in butterscotch or chocolate chips.

  5. Divide batter into a muffin pan with twelve spaces. Bake for 20 minutes and remove.
