Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Chocolate Chip Protein Bread

1/2 c whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 c all-purpose flour
2 1/2 oz soy protein powder
1 t salt
2 t baking powder
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips
2 c mashed bananas
2 large eggs
2 t vanilla extract
1/4 t almond extract

Recipe Directions for Banana-Chocolate Chip Protein Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients with chocolate chips.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Mix wet into dry, batter will be stiff.

  4. Transfer into prepared loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
