Mmmm... can't beat banana & chocolate combined... unless you top them w/some PB! :)

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
98 g banana, mashed
1/4 c Pure Almond Original
1/4 c AllWhites
1 tbsp splenda no calorie
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 dash nutmeg
1 tbsp special dark chips
1/4 c Cozy Cottage Sugar Free Syrup

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  1. Fluff egg whites a little in a separate bowl.

  2. In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients, except choc chips.

  3. Add egg, mashed banana, and soymilk.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Pour onto griddle (I usually make about 3 pancakes)

  6. Flip when the start to bubble.

  7. Enjoy!
