Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bread

1 Jumbo Egg, Whole
1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 large Egg, White
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tblsp Olive Oil Canola Extra Virgin Olive
0.5 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bread

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix egg and other wet ingredients separately, but save the egg whites. Add wet to dry. In separate bowl whip egg whites until they form medium stiff peaks. Fold in fluffed whites slowly, portions at a time to batter. Once incorporated, pour into sprayed pan(s). Sprinkle chocolate on top of batter in pan, gently fold chocolate in. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, enjoy.
