Recipe Ingredients for Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups banana
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven and grease the muffin tins

  2. Blend together the butter and sugar and then mix in the egg and banana.

  3. Mix in the chocolate to the wet mix.

  4. Combine the dry ingredients and mix these into the wet ingredients.

  5. Place in the muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.
