Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Chip muffins

2 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Chip muffins

  1. Cream eggs, brown sugar, bananas, vanilla and butter until smoothly blended

  2. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and chocolate chips

  3. Put in muffin tins - 350F for 25 to 30 mins

  4. Freeze very well - microwave wrapped in a paper towel for 30 seconds to eat
