Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins made with greek yogurt and protein powder

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
6 serving Dairyland butter
2 large Egg, Whole
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
175 g Oikos greek yogurt fat free
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
16 serving Hershey's chipits pure semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, butter, eggs, bananas, yogurt and vanilla in a large bowl, mixing well. Fold in chocolate chips gently. Pour batter into muffins pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 20 to 22 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
